If you receive a damaged product, we will happily provide a refund or replacement. You must send pictures of the damaged product within five days of receiving it. We also require photos of the packaging.

Materials on this website may be returned within 30 days of shipment delivery date if they are in brand-new condition. You must call 1 (800) 523-9417 to explain the reason for the return.
