Refund Policy
At The Knitting Enthusiast, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience for every customer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return option for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging along with proof of purchase. Our goal is to make the process simple and fair while maintaining product quality standards.
Please note that certain items are non-refundable due to their nature. This includes digital products such as knitting patterns, downloadable guides, and any items marked as final sale. Additionally, used or opened products, including yarn, tools, or kits, cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before making a purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, and it may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
In case you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
