Shipping Information

Most products are under one pound, so they will be shipped via USPS First Class. If you buy multiple items and they weigh more than a pound, your order will be shipped via Priority Mail.

International orders will be shipped using either First Class International or Priority Mail International. Orders over $69 in the continental US will be shipped for free. We usually ship products within 24 hours of receiving orders.

An exception to this would be if an item is out of stock. If this happens, we will contact you by email to see if you are willing to wait. Please understand that Sundays and holidays will extend the 24-hour shipping time.

Shipping fees paid by either The Knitting Enthusiast or the customer are not refundable if the products are returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless a product is damaged.

All return shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer. Please ensure all packages are complete. Payments for initial shipments are nonrefundable. There is an 8.875% sales tax charged on all orders delivered to a New York zip code.
