Shipping Information
All orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantageunless you choose another shipping option. Orders are shipped within one business day unless they are on backorder.
Shipping carriers can be inconsistent in delivery time. Please understand that once a package is shipped, it is up to the carrier to deliver the item(s). We are not responsible for late deliveries.
What If My Tracking Number Says the Order Was Delivered, But I Do Not Have It
All orders with tracking numbers are scanned at the point of delivery. We must be notified within one business day if this happens. The post office sometimes delivers to an incorrect address. We will know if this happens when we contact the post office. If yhis occurs, we will either refund your order or send a replacement. We will then contact the post office for reimbursement for the lost item. If the post office says that the GPS tracking shows that the package was delivered to your address, we ar not responsible for refunding or replacing the item. You will have to contact your local post office with your questions / concerns.
