The Delica seed beads are cylinder shaped Japanese glass beads created by Miyuki. Miyuki is known for their precise size and color consistency. Delicas have thin walls and large holes relative to their size which allows multiple threads to pass through at once, making them ideal for detailed projects like bead weaving or looming. The 11/0 size is the most popular. It is 1.6 mm x 1.5 mm with a hole size of .8 mm, There are about 20 beads per inch The beads come packaged in a 2″ tube.
